I was passed a disk converted from Dr. No (Blu Ray) and processed by BD_Rebuilder which is used extensively here (Germany).
When processed by MakeMKV it runs until the last 15 seconds and then fails to save (clipping the last 1 sec via Clown_BD makes no difference.

Try using MakeMKV with your original BluRay disc instead...
