So, I just rented Split via Redbox so that I could watch the movie AND Bonus content... I wanted to better understand the Trilogy. I would not have rented this disc if I'd known that the bonus content was being excluded. So, how can avoid such issues? it's not obvious when renting. BTW: now that I think it, years ago, rental discs did exclude... but in recent years this changed and I've almost forgotten about that. So, is there a place to download the extra content?

If the retail version comes on multiple disks, it would be rare for the rental to have bonus content on the movie disk. On Netflix, bonus disks are listed as separate rentals.
