Tried multiple discs but same results. Disc is Perfectly clean with no scratches. Errors below:

Your drive is disagreeing about the "Perfectly clean with no scratches" part.

You say "multiple disks" - same title? Always in the same location? Is it a USB drive, powered by the USB cable?

I've ripped the retail version of this disk, so it's not a "new copy protection" thing.
