Found by watching the movie and putting the pieces together.

Thanks, how long did that take?. For those confused by this (as I was) 00983.mpls does not appear to show up on the MKV title list.
When I looked back, it shows that it is skipped because it is the same as 00659.mpls so have ripped that one instead.
