Bolt rip crashes Handbrake

Hi everyone
I ripped the blu-ray of Bolt, (Disney title) which had two copies of the main feature on the disk and tried encoding them in Handbrake 4 different times under the current release of Hand Brake 0.9.4 as well as several nightly builds including build 3525 with the same result, it crashed Handbrake, at the same point, (close to the end of the encode.)
This happened on both extracted main features that were on the blu-ray disk, which MKV had extract from the disk.
The Blu-ray disk is free from scratches and fingerprints/smudges, perfect optical surface and rips without reporting any errors, when MKV is finished with it.
Anyone else have this issue with Bolt?

Hi!
You haven't said whether the .MKVs created by MakeMKV play properly.
If they do, that would suggest that your problem lies with Handbrake - and you should contact the authors/publishers and/or forum of Handbrake...

I didn't try playing the problem Bolt files in VLC, and there gone now anyway, sorry!
Just did a new rip of source files of Bolt, but this time ripped the entire disk, (everything) and Hand Brake finished the encode OK!
It seems that Disney is putting multiple copies of the movie on there Blu-ray's and I noticed that there was a sync error in the Hand Brake log, (over and over) followed by a cancellation of the job. I then did a full copy of the disk, (not just one of the main titles) and Hand Brake was able to finish the encode with no errors, the sync issue went away.
I have a second Blu-ray, (from Disney, Monsters Inc.) that exhibits the same issue as "Bolt" and am now ripping the entire disk to test my theory. This may be the work around for these kinds of disk from Disney.
(edited)
Just finished encoding "Monsters Inc." this work around worked. You have to rip the whole disk, then the source file will encode. So far, only the Disney movies have this quirk! My MKV preferences are set to english only, so only the english subtitles are checked when MKV scans the disk, all others are off.
Here's an abbreviated version of the log, (from Bolt, the first encode) just so you can see how Hand Brake was looking at the file. As you can see, it's full of errors:

I get what your saying, I'm putting this here, for those that have issues with this disk as well.
I did find one very interesting thing though with the MKV extracted file though. When I extract just one of the main features on a disney disk, the file size for "Monsters Inc." was 20.74GB, but when I extracted the entire Blu-ray, (all content) the file size for the same file was 17.71GB, (this is the one that works in handbrake.)
Both file sizes playback in VLC just fine, but the larger file size will not encode in handbrake. Thought this may be a problem with MKV's extraction process.

Just tried ripping this movie. Made many un-correctable errors in the parsing, then crashed the whole thing.
