King Kong (2005) Blu-Ray Rip Failure (Solved)

I’ve attempted to rip my King Kong (2005) Blu-Ray disc several times, with two different drives from two different manufacturers, as well as using two different computers (Mac), with zero success. This is not my first rodeo, as I’ve been using MakeMKV for years with great success.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
There are two versions of the movie - Theatrical, and Extended.
I’ve attempted to copy them both in one session. I’ve attempted to copy one at a time in separate sessions. I’ve done both with varying audio settings, during the day, night, rainy and dry days and nights, different moon phases, weekdays, weekends, holidays, etc..
I’ve done this with different discs (I’m on my third different disc). All discs were pristine, exceptionally clean (and yet, I cleaned them), and I’ve used “Read Retry Count” settings of 5 and 25. I’ve also made a decrypted backup of the disc, and attempted all of the above with no success.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
