Both disc and drive require bus encryption, but the bus key is not known.

When you start MakeMKV, does the "Info" window have a line about "Bus encryption flags:" for the drive? If your drive does not support bus encryption (I have one that doesn't), that line will be missing.

If it is there, I'm sure Mike will require more information. I'd start with sending the information requested in the FAQ link in my signature, sent to support@makemkv.com , and Mike can ask you for anything else he needs.
