Read error ripping Morning Glory

I was unable to rip on my mac (external USB BluRay), so I tried installing makemkv on a PC and using its internal drive. The rip completed, but with read errors.
I was able to copy the contents of the disk to the PC, but not able to open the BDMV/index.bdmv
Running the copy again from disk with debug enabled failed
Have attached the debug logs from both sessions
Upload seems to be rejected so pastebin:
from hd
https://pastebin.com/eu9MLsxU
direct from disk
https://pastebin.com/qVWRqB0U
Thanks

Attachments have not worked for some time, because there are already "too many" attachments. Not sure if that will ever be "fixed".
Reading the "physical" log, your drive and Windows did not like parts of the disk:
Code: Select all
002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - NOT READY:CANNOT READ MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00004.m2ts' at offset '1552152576'
001003:0020 DEBUG: Code 100806658 at Eq9Ux;p}EI0#@=R{:121269731
002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - NOT READY:CANNOT READ MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00004.m2ts' at offset '1552281600'
001003:0020 DEBUG: Code 3221225492 at !pp2a;Urp,qGS(A`Oi$PFw-FS:213131732
001003:0020 DEBUG: Code 3221225492 at %W>G]}]l[FQ)H%~2:29393953
002003:0000 Error 'OS error - {Unknown Disk Format} The disk in drive hs is not formatted properly. Please check the disk, and reformat if necessary' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '1552281600'
If you try this multiple times, does the offset (1552281600 in this particular case) move around significantly between attempts, or is it always the same or close the same? Moving around is usually an issue where the drive itself is having issues. Since the log does not mention the drive type, this is just a guess, based on the type of errors.
How did you "copy the files to the PC"? BD drives will refuse to copy protected files from BD disks without some form of key exchange. Did the MakeMKV "Backup" function work?

Strangely after running it a couple of times and getting an error I finally got a clean rip without any error messages, so I'm going to take that as a marginal disk that finally read
Thanks!

In the message you quoted, the "solution" was that, after multiple tries, the rip succeeded.
The most likely cause of errors like this is a dirty or damaged disk, so the go-to first thing to try is cleaning the disk.

I have tried about 10 versions of this movie on 3 different computers and 4 different drives. I keep getting this fail
