Rick and Morty Season 1 Rip Errors

Hi, I'm having some issues ripping Rick and Morty season 1. Most of the titles rip just fine, but those that can't rip are a bit inconsistent; it's always either track 7 or 8, plus track 11, which seems to be a combination of all episodes on the disc. This is the second disc I've tried, and I'm getting the same results on both.
When the program gets to these bad titles, it outputs the debug codes
and
I'm not sure what the first is, but from the research I've done code 0 seems to indicate a write error. The drive I'm writing to has plenty of free space, and it's the same directory I've ripped other titles to. I'm fairly confident the blu-ray drive is good too, since I ripped several other titles after this just fine.
When I first open the disc, either from a backup made with MakeMKV or the physical disc, I also get these debug codes:
Then, just before failing, there is the line:
What's interesting is if I disable subtitles on the failed tracks the rip is successful, which makes me think that may be the issue. I have tried ripping from the disc, from a backup made with MakeMKV, and from a direct copy/paste of the files from the disc onto my drive, the latter requiring a KEYDB.cfg file I found online.
I've uploaded a full log from this session as well as a zip containing the disc's CLPI files to https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing, in case either are of any use. Please let me know if there is any other info I can provide or anything I can do to help. Thank you!
