Remaining time increases indefinitely

I've been burning some blu-ray bonus discs, everything has gone well up until this point. I made it through a few discs. On this one, though, I've ripped up to title13 (so only 13-16ish is left) but it hangs on these ones for some reason. They're not big titles, either, each one is around 100mb. I set it to rip, and it says its ripping, but I even left it on overnight and woke up to an estimated time of completion of 90 hours, and it was still climbing.
The files I'm having trouble with have much larger segment maps than the rest of the titles, maybe that has something to do with it?
