Both "Jackie" and "Assassin's Creed" blu ray has the error of no FUT....
I have dutifully sent both disc's dump file via email (sqv@makemkv.com).
Admin please check and update.

A bit of patience may be in order, I expect Mike will get to them shortly. BTW, Jackie just came out and Assassin's Creed isn't slated to hit the street officially for another week.

I too received the no FUT error on the new retail version of Assassin's Creed. I was unable to attach the 721KB .tgz file or the 15kb .txt log files, but I would be more than happy to submit those if they would help. Instead, I took what I believe to be the relevant information from the MakeMKV_log.txt file and pasted it below.

The files don't get attached to messages here - they get emailed to svq@makemkv.com so that Mike can deal with them directly.

It sounds like these were sent off over a week ago. I'm assuming we don't need to send these again for Assassin's Creed?

You'd think so, but.... Getting additional files may push Mike to work on it.

If someone hasn't uploaded the assassin dump by the early AM, I'll send it along again.

I've sent a new copy of the dump this morning and messages Mike.

Add Why Him? to the list. Dump file sent.

I'm still getting the "BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained" error for Assassin's Creed 3D from Amazon.

Do you have "Allow contacting web server for updates" checked in Preferences->General ?
