1) Exit and completely turn off AnyDVD

2) Use MakeMKVto rip the ORIGINAL disc DIRECTLY to .MKV or,

3) First use MakeMKV's "Backup" function to make a full disc copy of your original, purchased BluRay disc to your hard drive and then use MakeMKV to convert this new backup to .MKV

BTW - Although it shouldn't have any effect regarding BluRays (But may affect DVD ripping), the proper default setting for "minimum title length" is 120 seconds, not 1200 seconds.

Looks like a bad decryption. The full log contains additional information, the "tp=" line. This information is needed to troubleshoot. I would only recommend re-running on original disc.

Reading the disk directly with MakeMKV worked.

I was curious what happened with AnyDVD, so I tried some experiments. After some confusing results, I finally re-ripped with ANyDVD and (I think) the same settings as originally - but the rerip works fine with MakeMKV while the first rip fails. I probably did something wrong the first time - most likely hit the wrong button for region.

I guess you missed the red highlighting in my first post to this thread 17 days ago. There are many ways to signal the moderators - and let them decide whether to pursue such things - and on the very same day, "mike admin" posted to this thread and chose not to pursue the "Netflix" aspect.
