I have just installed MakeMKV and it works well but with a Blu Ray Disk I received this message:

Errore 'Errore SCSI - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' di lettura 'BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH16NS40 1.01' alla posizione '3044079616'

The disk is protect with AACS v61

Is it because my installation or a very strong protection?

What is the disc that's reporting errors? More info in the future, including more of the logfile, would be helpful.

Your drive cannot read the disc. Could be the disc is dirty (try cleaning with non-abrasive cloth) or damaged (scratches, etc.), or badly manufactured. Could also be a dirty or faulty drive.
