Issues with The Russia House Blu Ray

It makes the video files fine but the conversations are not there. The music is but not the dialogue. Any thoughts
When you open the disk, next to each title in the left menu is a small triangle. Click on it to show which tracks are available within that title, and which ones are selected for inclusion. Are all the tracks selected?
The default selection rules MakeMKV uses work "most of the time", but some titles confuse it. And not all audio tracks are playable in all players, so they might switch to a secondary track that doesn't include dialog.
