To speed things up, I'd recommend emailing that link to
svq@makemkv.com . Mike doesn't always visit the forum every day, but email seems to get to him quickly.

I actually just email Mike directly. That's the way he used to prefer it. When was this address created? I'm guessing maybe more than one person monitors this one?

The svq@ address is what Mike put on the BD+ page /svq/ . I assume he uses it to separate those files from general requests that go to support@.
As for "more than one person monitoring", I don't think there IS more than one person involved.
