www.makemkv.com

The Mentalist: Season 1 have all the episodes merged together into 1 episode in MakeMKV.
MakeMKV maps all the episodes together in the Segment map. All the episodes are seperate files on the actual blu-ray disc.

I have backed up the discs and removed the *.m2ts files and uploaded it here:

Update: Just tried the new build, MakeMKV v1.10.2 (11.9.2016 ) - and the issue still occurs.
Could you fix this please? You fixed it for Weeds Season 1.

Just split them at specific chapters. It's not that difficult. This isn't something that can be fixed. The actual playlist on the BD is one file and it plays specific chapters for episodes.

mkvtoolnix will do the job without any problems.
