Anybody getting an error trying to rip the new Batman v Superman Blu-ray? Here are some details:
- OSX 10.11.5 (I've also tried it on a Win Server 2008r2)
- MakeMKV 1.10.0
- Source File Name = 00100.mpls

The error progression matches two main scenarios.

One is dirty disk - even the light "film" of chemicals left by the machines that drop the disks into the case can cause issues on a disk that "looks clean". Cleaning the disk with a damp soft COTTON or microfiber cloth will usually work for this.

The other is a power issue with an external drive; if they're not plugged into a fully-powered USB port, MakeMKV can spin them up to speeds where the run out of power, and shut down momentarily. This can happen with laptop drives, which are internally powered, if the laptop isn't plugged into external power.

The (relatively) good news is that the error moves around, so your drive can read most of the bad areas with retries. You MIGHT get better results if you increase the number of retries in Preferences->IO. But cleaning the disk should be the first thing to try.
