what's the right title for the red version?

Yes, does anyone know the correct mpls file for Redbox? I hate playlist obfuscation!

It's worse when you spend the money to buy it. I could use help with the BluRay/DVD/Digital HD US version. It would be much appreciated.

Open MKV and look at the file list
ALL (or 95% of them) the Segment maps from MKV will begin with something (513 is the above example)

Open the folder to the STREAMS in the blu-ray.
Example : Allegiant\BDMV\STREAM

1) Now open the file 00513.m2ts and view the last 30 seconds or so...
2) Now go thru the other m2ts files to find the NEXT part of the video. (above was 520)
3) Now open the file 00520.m2ts and view the last 30 seconds or so... Repeat step 2...

I've found just knowing the 1st 3 segments (513,520,501) will generally give you only 1 file. MAYBE 2... that matches up in the MKV list.
feel free to repeat above steps till you match your file 100%.

BTW - to find this Segment, it took me about 3 mins.

If you watch those first three segments in order, it is wrong. 513, 520, 501 flows correctly.
513, sitting in chair at end.
520, sitting at chair at start, standing at end.
501, standing at start.

If 513, 520, 501 is indeed the correct starting order for the first 3 segments then only 1 fits, 838 as listed in the 3rd post by Axe

According to RedFox the Redbox correct playlist is 838.

Mine is Netflix US and matches the 838 order as well.

For retail, I'm seeing 509, 511, 515, 501, 510, 503, 513, 502, 508, 504, 505, 507, 506, 512, 514, which is playlist 897. Can anyone confirm?

How are you able to watch this movie with PowerDVD? All I'm getting is a black screen, while other movies play fine with PowerDVD.

Redbox version is confirmed to be 838. Just watched the entire movie and it played correctly. Thanks to Axehandler for posting the mpls!!!

I just rented the disc with Red Box, there is no 00838.mpls (the list goes from 00834 and jumps to 00840), and there is no Segment Map that starts with 513 - they all start with 518 instead. Please help!

And if I go with Axehandler's post, then "File name: Allegiant_t254.mkv", then my version is the 00813, but the segment map totally does not match. Could someone please confirm?
