Retail mad max: fury road. tried 2 different disks and 2 different drives, it keeps failing at about 1/3rd of the way with this message

Does it fail in the same place on both drives, or do the location numbers vary "significantly" (more than just a few sectors)?

Are these both internal drives, external, or one of each?

It seems as if the drive is sometimes able to recover from the read error, so it is POSSIBLE that increasing your retry count in Preferences->IO could help, but MakeMKV cannot work around the operating system saying it can't read the disk.
