...then the above message pops up...

When that message popped up, it should have included a link to click on to send the necessary information to Mike to create the proper SVQ file. You should also have a file in your MakeMKV data directory that contains that information, which can be emailed to svq@makemkv.com for analysis.

There is no message. There is a dump file which might contain what is referred to in:
/faq/item/8

Well, actually, that would be the dump file referred to here: /svq/

It needs to be emailed to svq@makemkv.com . If your email system won't allow you to send a file that large, you would need to upload it to a site like "dropbox" and send the link to the file instead of the file itself.

Not much to think about... When Mike gets the SVQ file generated, it's put on the server for MakeMKV to pick up when you next try ripping the disk.

In the years I've been on this board, I have never seen an announcement from him about a new SVQ file being created.
