The volume key is unknown for this disc

Hello,
Today i tried to rip a BluRay from my LG-NAS System, but it didn't work!
I can acces to the drive via the windows explorer so i can see the folders AACS, BDMV & CERTIFICATE.
In MakeMKV i cklicked on "Open Files" and selected the "index.bdmv" directly on the NAS System.
After that the following Error Messages appered:
What ist the Mistake and what can i do now?
