Did you send the TGZ file created by MakeMKV to svq@makemkv.com so that Mike can analyze it?

No I didn't send it if anyone else has this problem can they please send it to be analyzed please thanks I will know to do so in the future never had this problem before

I didn't get the blue error where I could send it it just came up errors may follow so I don't know what to do to fix this problem.other movies gave me a blue error script I could just report.can anyone else try this blu ray and see if I'm the only one having problems and please report it if u have the same problem thanks

The fast way to tell (assuming someone has sent the TGZ file in for analysis, like has happened here) is to make sure you have automatic update checks turned on, and try ripping the disk again. SVQ updates will automatically be downloaded as needed and available, and the NO FUTs error will disappear.

The key is to make sure it's enabled. Good network practices say you should avoid leaving auto-update stuff turned on when you're not expecting an update, as many Windows users find out when the latest auto-update makes their machine unbootable. It is safe to turn off "Check web server for updates" in MakeMKV, turn it on when you NEED to do something like rip a NO FUTs disk, then turn it back off.

Yesterday I have send in the dump-file and received a answer today, that the support team need another file. - I have send it in today, I hope the software will get an update soon...

I have the Region A BD of SPECTRE and also got the 'FUT' issue and broken picture on conversion.

I updated to v1.9.9 (from v1.9.7) and the 'FUT' error did NOT appear. The resultant mkv file was perfect.

I used 1.9.9 already before, I have the region B of the BD.

Even after a fresh installation of makemkv, the 'FUT' error still coming.
