I have a brand new Blu-ray and I can convert it I get the below. There is no visible damage

If you are able to read other Bluray disks, I'd return this one for replacement. The shear number and variety of errors indicates a manufacturing issue.

But you might try cycling the power on the drive (resetting the computer if it's an internal drive) first, to see if it is an issue with the drive.
