Main movie cannot be ripped from a new blu ray disc, SCSI error occurs:
MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' ....... '/BDMV/STREAM/00021.m2ts' at Offset '575336448'
After some time the rip process stops.

Tried numerous times, error message is always the same however offset changes from time to time.

Changes position usually means the disk is ALMOST readable. Wipe the disk clean with a soft damp cloth to get any manufacturing/packaging residue off of it, and consider turning up the number of read retries in the Preferences->IO menu. It isn't a guaranteed fix by any means, but a marginal disk can sometimes be read at least once with more retries.
