Your drive cannot read the disk. Easy possibilities are a dirty disk (clean the disk), scratched disk (depends on how badly scratched, waxing sometimes works), poorly pressed disk (replacement is the only option, hopefully from a different production batch).

Less easy possibilities is a defect in the drive itself, such as dirt preventing the optics from following the data track.
