BD does not open. Dump file was automatically created. File uploaded and URL sent to svq@makemkv.com for review.

My region A disc opened and ripped without any issues. Have you checked your disc for damage?

As of first thing this morning, the primary drive (LG WH14NS40 based unit) was still generating the BD+ dump files each time I tried this disc. (Have tried disc several times since Monday the 11th and, since ten other BD movies plus two BD TV Show seasons have processed normally in the same drive during this period, I therefore assumed nothing was wrong with the drive itself.) However, following your post, I tried the disc in my slower, secondary drive (based on Pioneer BDR-208D unit) and the BD content processed normally. I then re-tried the primary drive and MakeMKV again started to create a new BD+ dump (i.e., normally delete these files after each attempt) but then the file was suddenly deleted and the BD opened normally. It was as if my use of the secondary drive had cleared an error flag which then allowed the primary drive to work again albeit still not as well as with the secondary drive. Am totally confused as to why or how this would happen.
Please post log output from lower pane.
For future reference, are you referring to the "MKB" files which were also generated or the text displayed in the lower log area? (In the case of the latter, the only text was a message saying the BD failed to open. Disc is initially identified as using AACS v28 and it was only after trying to apply decryption that the failed to open message appeared.

Current log reads as follows:
MakeMKV v1.8.0 darwin(x86-release) started
Optical drive "DVD+R-DL OPTIARC DVD RW AD-5680H 3AHF" opened in DASPI v1.3 mode.
Optical drive "DVD+R-DL TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S203N LA00" opened in DASPI v1.3 mode.

Title #00021.m2ts has length of 39 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Operation successfully completed

Initial analysis stage takes a really long time (many times longer than Pioneer drive) and continues to start and then delete a BD+ dump file each time I attempt to process this particular BD but no longer quits with the failed to open message.

Assume at this time the problem is related to my drive or BD/Drive combination and not an encryption modification.
