Band of Brothers - All Parts

Hello,

I am receiving the below error when trying to convert the Band of Brothers blue ray into an MKV file. This has occured on both Parts 1&2 and happens towards the end of the process.

Saving 1 titles into directory C:/Users/HIDDEN/Videos/MOVIES/Band of Brothers/Part1
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:1090' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '13809745920'

The disc is bad. Swap it for a new one.

After trying disk 2 (parts 3&4) it seems to be working fine. I looked at Disc 1 closley and notice a weird mark on the disk. That must be causing the error, however, funny that it plays movies without issue. I will request a replacement.

Looking isn't always the best way to tell. I've had second hand discs that look like someone took sandpaper to them and they worked fine, and new discs that looked so clean I could use them as a shaving mirror and they wouldn't work at all.
