It seems that there isn't one file that contains all of the movie in the Blu-ray movie of Robots.
Has anyone else ripped this disk?
Do you have to combine these pieces some how, before using and encoder like Handbrake.

MakeMKV should present you with the necessary titles joined to comprise the entire film.
In the left side pane, look for and highlight (the vast majority of the time) the largest "Title" - also usually lists the greatest number of Chapters.
The importance of highlighting the "Title" in the left side pane is that by doing so, MakeMKV will then display the applicable .MPLS number and running time. Compare the running time to the running time stated either on the disc package or the disc itself (or at the IMDB, or by loading the disc into a player)...
