I tried ripping Sleepy Hollow straight from the disc, but no luck. I was able to use AnyDVD to successfully rip the whole movie, but even when I try to use MakeMKV on those ripped files to grab just the main movie, it still errors out.
The debug log attached is from trying to rip the main movie from the AnyDVD ripped files (so no encryption) using MakeMKV v1.6.15 (x64)

This looks like a disc error. Please try making a full disc backup with MakeMKV and see if any hashcheck errors show up.
