Trouble With Avatar The Last Airbender blu ray

I have been able to rip every episode so far except for book 3, episode 3: The Painted Lady. Each disk has files for each episode with scrambled video and a normal one except for The Painted Lady, the intro sequence looks normal until it gets to the recap then it starts the scrambling process, I've ripped every file and the only other one for this episode has the intro scrambled too. Does anyone know why it's only this episode while every other one so far has had a working file? I've tried ripping it about 5 times now and I get the exact same result every time
