Corrupted Audio/Subtitle Files

I recently bought Community on Blu-ray and am attempting to rip the discs to put on my home server. A handful of the episodes won't rip and I've been playing around with trying to get it to rip, the video seems to come out just fine but any of the Audio/Subtitle files cause it to fail. Has anyone seen or encountered a similar error? Currently cannot get the drive to recognize discs to generate an error log to attach, but the error it gives says the most likely cause is a failing drive. I'm using an unflashed LG BP50NB40 SVC: NB52 with 1.03 firmware.
