MakeMKV says at least some errors happen while reading /BDMV/STREAM/00002.m2ts, but I have no idea how to find which audio/subtitle/video track is.
Tell the seller you tried it on a UHD player (or 2) and it still wouldn't play properly and demand a return/replacement. You should not mention trying the disc on a computer.

When you highlight a title on the left, on the right there will be a bunch of information about that title. One of those lines will be 'segment map'. The number(s) in the segment map correspond to the names of the .m2ts files that make up that title, so look for a title with 2 in the segment map.

Playing on a computer is still a valid option (in terms of not needing anything funky to be done or disk decryption filters) with some generations of Intel processors and UHD disks so they're full of shit. For that matter making a backup copy for personal use even if circumvention of AACS is required to do so is legal in most places and I wouldn't recommend even getting into buying UHD disks to anyone who didn't have the ability to do it because of their extreme fragility as far as dust and scratches go (especially on three layer disks). The seller is relying on people thinking they're doing something shady and giving up at the point you're at; they probably re-wrap and re-sell scratched disks as new. A corrupt disk is a corrupt disk, you'd likely get visual and audio errors around the point of the problem when playing back on a UHD player ranging from single frame glitches to extreme minutes long visual corruption. It's a scratched disk, which is a flawed product, so tell them to stop being a twat-waffle and exchange it.
