Tales of Halloween Blu-Ray Not Recognized

I'm trying to rip the Blu-Ray for Tales of Halloween, but my drive won't even recognize it as a disc. It spins for a minute. Then, MakeMKV says "No disc inserted." I can't find the disc in Windows explorer, and no other programs (that I've used) have found it either. I have put it into a Blu-Ray player, and it works just fine, so there doesn't seem to be a problem with the disc itself. This is the first time I've ever encountered this problem.

Most likely a drive issue. Does it read DVDs, by chance? They use a different laser than BDs.

It reads DVDs just fine, and it's read dozens of other Blu-Ray discs just fine.

Try gently cleaning the disc even though it works in a regular blu-ray player.
