Crash on loading The Legend of Hell House Bluray / Scream Factory

When first reading the disc, MakeMKV crashes with the generic error message "Fatal error occurred, program will now exit." It is a brand new disc and looks perfectly clean with no blemishes. Any ideas would be appreciated. I am hoping to have this ripped by Halloween. Unfortunately, I don't have a Bluray player, so I can't check the disc. I only watch them ripped.

I wander if Java crashed while trying to interpret the disc? What happens if you don't let MakeMKV use Java on the disc?

Sure enough, I renamed java and it ripped fine. Strange that hasn't happened with any other disc. Thanks!
