No Audio at start of Chapters

I have a couple of Blu-rays that I've tried to copy where there is no sound for the first 10 seconds or so at the start of chapters. It only affects maybe 4 of the Blu-rays that I have, but it's an annoying issue.

When I play the disc through my TV the sound plays fine, however once I view the file created by MakeMKV in VLC it doesn't have the audio for the first 8-10 seconds of each chapter.

There is only one audio channel listed on the discs, and I've tried to have MakeMKV convert the audio to ACC and FLAC but the audio is still missing at the start.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Edit: I've just noticed in the log at the bottom it says:

AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:06:36.396 with duration of 6.465s : 1293 overlapping frame(s) dropped at segment boundary
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:10:31.174 with duration of 8.01s : 1602 overlapping frame(s) dropped at segment boundary
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:14:44.426 with duration of 9.01s : 1802 overlapping frame(s) dropped at segment boundary

Is there a way to fix this?
