Hey
I ripped a Bluray but some subtitles timings are wrong
MakeMKV 1.9.1, everything okay..

MakeMKV 1.9.2

So there is no subtile longer than 4,5seconds. If you open that file which was created by 1.9.2 with version 1.9.1 the timing will be corrected.
So it seems version 1.9.2 has some problems with subtitles over 4,5seconds. I also tested another movie with the same result. If a subtitle frame is longer than 4,5seconds MakeMKV will limit it to 4,5seconds.
I tested with Subtitle Edit 3.4.6.
But if you play back the mkv with vlc oder kodi the timings seems to be correct. When you remux the pgs/sup stream and import it with BDSup2Sub the timing is also correct, also if you open that remuxed subtitle file with Subtitle Edit the timing is correct.
But if you open the whole mkv in Subtitle Edit the timing is wrong.
Because the only thing i changed is the MakeMKV version from 1.9.1 to 1.9.2 so I think there could be some kind of bug/changing.
At least there is a problem when using Subtitle Edit togehter with MakeMKV 1.9.2, but 1.9.1 works fine.
But its also possible that the way subtitle edit uses to calculate the timings doesnt work when using MakeMKV 1.9.2.
A Remux with mkvtoolnix also solves the problem.
