So I'm working through my movies and TV shows and when I got to Lost season 1 episode 24 which is the first half of the season finale I keep getting a failed to save message. More specifically I'm getting this. Error 'SCSI error - MEDIUM ERROR:L -EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00011.m2ts' at offset '260438016'
I've included a screenshot of the issue. Is there any way to figure out what's wrong? I would really love to be able to have all the episodes on my computer.

Your drive is saying it can't read the disk at that point. Even though it is new, clean it - BD is very sensitive to finger prints!

OMFG so I first read your post this morning and laughed because it seemed like that would be the stupidest thing to cause an issue. Well I grabbed my disc and looked and wouldn't you know it there was a thin line of junk starting from the center and going about an inch long. It was real thin and light so I wouldn't of thought that would cause an issue. It reads just fine in my bluray player. Anyways I clean it off with a Kleenex and it works just fine now. Thanks for the stupid simple fix. I wouldn't of even thought of that being an issue.

Things happen.... we understand....
Hint - do NOT use tissues. They're far too abrasive. Microfiber cloth, or soft cotton rags, are MUCH safer.

I used the cloth I use for my glasses. It's a microfiber cloth.
