Viva Maria, The 7 year itch and Octopussy

#1 Post by Populuxe » Sun Nov 09, 2014 12:10 am

Viva Maria was released Nov.4,2014 and had the exact same problem as the 3 BR's I posted about a day or 2 ago.
The Seven Year Itch BR (released July 31,2012) quickly showed a MakeMKV BETA popup window which said 'BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow.....and indeed when I went to have it scan the contents of the disc it quickly said;
Saving 1 titles into directory O:/HD Movies using profile 'WDTV' from file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV/wdtv.mmcp.xml'

There was no debugging/BD/whatever file created either since it didn't get very far.
Both of those were part of a Amazon.com (USA) box of 12 BRs and I've backed up all the other 10 with no problems at all. The Viva Maria fail didn't surprise me since as with the previous 3 fails was released just days ago...but The Seven Year Itch fail surprised me because it's been out for a little over 2 years now.
Well I got another 4, or so, BRs from Amazon.ca (Canada) and 3 ripped fine but Octopussy (released Feb.13, 2013) gave the same fail exactly as what happened with The Seven Year Itch.
All together I got 22 BRs this past week...16 processed/backed-up no problem and 6 fails...4 very new releases with the latest copy-protection and the other 2 not new releases and failed with the BD issue.
I've used the WDTV profile for all since that's what I'll eventually be watching them on...and it works fine.
I'm using version 1.1.0.9 dtsdecoderdll.dll too
The only way I can watch BRs is to rip them into an external HD and watch them using VLC so I can't watch those 6. :(
