will not copy direct access mode

during the month trial only 1 out of every 4 blu rays would copy. No no access code about 9 of every 10 copy. the latest code on std dvd, I get is "use direct access mode". What does that mean?

"Direct access mode" means that MakeMKV is having to do SOMETHING to bypass restrictions the operating system is placing on accessing the disk. It can mean the disk drive does not have the region code set to match the disk, or a number of other things.

Logs would help determine what is happening in your particular case.... Link in my signature explains how to turn debug logging on. You can post the contents of the log in a message here.
