Problems with playing Batman The Dark Night Rises

Hi!

I installed XBMCbuntu on my HTPC and configured MakeMKV to watch BluRays over it. It works fine with "The Godfather Triology" and other movies.
Now, I bought the "Batman Triology" and I wanna watch "Batman The Dark Night Rises". When the Stream loads at the beginning, it starts with
English and chinese Subtitles. But I wanna watch the movie in German.
So I stopped the Stream and changed the soundtrack to an different one. When I starts the stream again, I have no sound in it but the Stream
is going on.
I thought about starting MakeMKV over the console but i think it's not possible in XBMCbuntu, right? Because I have no KDE or Gnome on the HTPC installed.

Hope you can help me to solve my problem.
