Modern Family Season 4 errors

Hi, Modern Family, Season 4, Disc 1 has errors.

It created a dump file which I uploaded to sendspace at: (url hidden)

Yeah, I had errors too with Disc 2. I think I used sendspace correctly and sent dumpfile.
