The Wonder of it All decryption failure

MakeMKV v1.8.4 darwin(x86-release) started
Optical drive "BD-ROM TSSTcorp DVDWBD SH-B123L SB04" opened in DASPI v1.3 mode.
Using direct disc access mode
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Program fails to open a disc or crashes, what should I do?
