I think this is the first error I've seen after ripping many of my Blu-rays. What's causing this?

Your drive reflashed itself when you've inserted a new disc, and you're using an old version of MakeMKV. Just update to the latest version - 1.7.10

Arg! I'm an idiot. Updated to 1.7.10 and it works. Thanks for the reply.
