Cannot Rip Ted Bluray 2012

Hi all, I am trying to rip the bluray 'Ted' it is brand new and plays fine on blu ray players as well as my machine.

I have ripped countless blu rays before but now face this problem. ( I get a lot of lines in the output window similar to the following )

Failed to decode audio/video data for title #3 - invalid mux or internal error, title skipped.

Any help to try and fix this?

The disc is bad, return it for a new one.
