Hi!

Despite what you've said:

The BR does not have default (scratches or dirt)

The log indicates that at least part of the disc is unreadable, indicating that either the disc is flawed or your drive is having problems or failing.

Try running a cleaning disc on your reader. Maxell sells one for about $10US...

Yes, I see errors in disk access

It's weird, I had 1 BR the town and I exchanged: they all have the same two problems: impossible to rip, there's always a mistake .... yet their surfaces is perfect ... ..

More on other forums ripping software: same problems encountered with the BR "the town" .....

I bought a new drive, It's a shame because I just bought MakeMKV
