Looks like a dirty or damaged disc.

Swap it for a new one.

So, that's what ALL that tells me?!?! Is it possible it could be ANYTHING else?

Your drive is telling MakeMKV it can't read the disc.

Could be your drive is dying.

It better not be dying!!! It's less 3 months old!!! It works well with 98% of all the other Blu Rays I've run. Just "Basic Instinct" and "Thor" gave me this issue. Both discs looks clean, very clean actually. I got another copy of "Thor" and will try again tonight.

A second copy of the movie "Thor" worked flawlessly. So, apparently it was the disc...PHEW!!!
