Another Earth: copy complete, 0 titles saved, 1 failed

Got this error with Another Earth today. Converted the secondary feature with no problem, but this keeps showing up with the main feature.

Mac OSX 10.6.8, MKV 1.7.7, LG BD.

First time I've gotten this message, but it's also the first time I've tried 1.7.7

Any ideas?

What errors are showing up in the log? (You DO have debugging turned on, right? And you're going to submit the debugging log when you come back online to check this thread, right?)

Well, no I didn't have the debugging log turned on. Since my problem wasn't either of these: "Program fails to open a disc or crashes, what should I do?", I didn't click on that link on the help page.

As you can see, in this case I just decided to try to convert the entire disc, and got everything EXCEPT the main feature. The disc itself plays just fine in 2 stand-alone players and can be played through the Mac Blu-Ray player program, so I know that the disc is okay and that the LG drive is reading it completely. Just don't know what the SCSI error is.

Put the disc in the drive and click the "backup" button at the TOP of the first screen (note this is NOT the regular big button you press).

Pay attention to the log, if the disc is damaged you'll receive hash check errors.
