Two problems:

- I am attempting to rip the audio portion of this disc on Linux with an LG BD-RE GGW-H20N (in a Buffalo enclosure), since it contains several tracks not found on the CD version. Playing through the BD on my PlayStation 3 yields the following title numbers for the audio tracks: 13, 14, 15, 17, 21 and 23. There are only 11 titles found by makemkv.

- When I do try to rip one of these titles, the video is corrupted and VLC comes back with a number of "number of reference frames exceeds max (probably corrupt input), discarding one" errors, regardless of whether I play the file on Linux or Mac.
