Poor Playback

I've been ripping a mix of UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD media. Stored on a server and played back on computer through Plex Media. I've noticed that the first 10 minutes or so of the file seem very jumpy, and some small amounts of content are missing. Has anyone else experienced this? does anyone have a fix?

No issue is on your end it likely a bandwidth or codec issue what hardware are you playing it back on?
