Bluray RIP Failure on a Single Episode

Trying to rip Yellowstone Season 4. Disk 3 contains episodes 7 - 9. I was able to rip 8 & 9, but consistently getting errors on Ep7.

Basic troubleshooting tells me if I can get 2 of the episodes of the disk, there shouldn't be anything wrong with the Disk or the Reader, correct?

I have repeatedly cleaned the disk, restarted the computer, connected - disconnected - reconnected the drive, etc.

This is the summary of the error. Attached the full log.

Yes, grab a new disc. It's most likely a defective disc/master. This happens a fair amount if you buy/rip a lot of TV shows.
